As the Country Manager DACH, Melanie Wagner leads the regional business of the Israeli HR software company HiBob in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since 2022, she has been responsible for the market presence and strategy of the company and its HR platform Bob, as well as for sales and marketing in the region. Additionally, she coordinates the collaboration with other global offices of HiBob.
