Dr. Gökçe Bulgan is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Counseling Psychology with 19+ years of theoretical and applied experience, a Counseling Psychologist in private practice with more than 10,000 hours of clinical experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries, and a Psychological Expert at nilo focusing on improving mental health and emotional well-being at work. Gökçe has received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Boğaziçi University, and her Ph.D. degree in Counseling Psychology from Purdue University. Gökçe is also a certified international trainer on mindfulness-based emotional intelligence and leadership skills by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute. She has several articles on psychological well-being and work-life issues in peer-reviewed academic journals and is the co-author of the book “Happiness 2.0” [Elma Publications, in Turkish] – a research-based guide on improving mental and emotional well-being by evidence-based tools. She has personally experienced the power of integrating evidence-based well-being practices into her work and daily life and is happy to share her knowledge and experiences with nilo users all around the world through workshops and webinars.
